Anyway my point is always install the base Kodi from the official Kodi website and from there use a site like : I can always find a way to watch anything PPV but it can turn ugly quick and if you don’t know what you are doing, lets just say I have made a few quid after the non techie freak out of some people. Alongside my Emulator Raspberry PI it runs even better and I have stopped using builds for other people and also dropped the promise of live sport. It runs great on the Amazon Firestick, I have the 4k version but I have installed and run it on the normal version and it seems just as quick. Kodi is still a beast of a media centre and with the install options it’s surprising you can’t run it on your refrigerator yet.

So it has gone full circle as I watch most of my not so technical acquaintances discover the world of torrents and the media industry have absolutely nobody but themselves to blame…again. So back to Kodi plus a tidy little addon called Tempest and sometimes MP3 Stream I must admit downloading music is one thing I never stopped doing, I just cannot afford to buy the volume of music I listen to and feed my family. If I could pay, say £10-£15 per month and have access to all music and video but I done the math and to watch and listen to all the media I consume it could end up costing me £100 per month, lol. They had the chance to win me over and all thery had to do was keep it simple. If it was only Netflix and Spotify I needed then I would be happy, but like always greed has reared it’s ugly head and now if I want to watch or listen to certain media I must sign up for Amazon, Disney, Apple, Spotify, Hulu, CBS All Access etc…etc.etc. The issue now is, like always, they have taken it too far. I always promised myself that once the media industry got it’s act together and at least tried to model something to give us access to media whenever and wherever you are I would pay. Good news is the Scene is still going strong and even with the likes of the more recent rise of torrent only groups tings are good. Sorry, not really been updating this site for a while….
